When the world has changed, you can’t operate your business the same way and expect the same results. Unfortunately, there is nothing normal about the current global situation, and it is going to be that way for a long while. You have two choices, panic or pivot. There is always an opportunity in a disaster if you are willing to be flexible and find the fit between your business model and what your future customers will need from you.
This session will discuss the difficulty of responding to the COVID-19 construction environment, what may happen to your current customer base in the next few years, and ideas to adjust to the “next normal” in order to thrive in what would otherwise be an ongoing disaster for your business.
About the Speaker

She makes the complicated simple, practical and profitable.

Jennifer currently lives in north of nowhere in Thornton, NH, to enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer (especially skiing). New Hampshire was the only state to convince her to move off her boat, a 45’ Chris Craft that she, her husband, and their 2 cats lived on for 15 years.
